How can I buy Hoffmann Green shares?

The first step is to contact your financial intermediary (bank, asset manager, stockbroker, online broker, etc.) and purchase shares. The identification codes for Hoffmann Green, listed on Euronext Growth, are FR0013451044 or ALHGR.

Hoffmann Green shares can be held in three forms:

  • In pure registered form / registered and placed in a securities account with Hoffmann Green’s securities service manager.
  • As administered registered shares / registered in a Hoffmann Green account, held with your own financial intermediary.
  • Bearer shares / registered and placed in an account held by your own financial intermediary.

Different types of shareholding

    Being a pure registered shareholder

    Holding pure registered shares means being recognized by Hoffmann Green.

    • Pure registered shareholding will be preferred by shareholders with a longer-term view and envisaging a “privileged” relationship with Hoffmann Green.
    • You will receive your invitation to the Annual General Meeting directly with no special steps to take. You will benefit from free custody and management fees, as well as advantageous brokerage fees.
    • To purchase your shares or transfer your pure registered shares, please complete the dedicated form (write to us to obtain it) and forward it to your financial intermediary, who will send us your request.
    • The manager of Hoffmann Green’s securities services is BNP Paribas Securities Services.

    Registered shareholders

    With intermediary registered shares, the management of your securities portfolio is handled by your banking institution, whether through a Plan d’épargne en actions (PEA) or a securities account.

    • Custody and management fees may be charged by your account manager.
    • You will receive your invitation to the Annual General Meeting directly, with no particular steps to take.
    • To transfer your shares from pure registered shares to administered registered shares, please complete the transfer request form (write to us to obtain it).
    • To purchase your shares or transfer your shares from bearer to administered registered, you must contact your financial intermediary, who will tell you what steps to take.

    Being a bearer shareholder

    As a bearer shareholder, your shares are registered with a financial intermediary who is your single contact for all your portfolio management transactions.

    • Custody and management fees are charged by your account manager.
    • You will be informed of the General Meeting by a notice published in the BALO at least 35 days before the date of the General Meeting. You can then request your notice of meeting from your financial intermediary. A financial calendar is also available on the website.
    • To be able to attend the General Meeting. If it is held physically, you must ask your financial intermediary to obtain an admission card in your name. This intermediary will then forward your request for an admission card (always accompanied by a certificate of participation, confirmed on D-2 business days) to BNP Paribas Securities Services (manager of Hoffmann Green’s securities services). The admission card will be issued by BNP Paribas Securities Services, which will send it to you by post.
    • If you have not received your admission card two business days before the General Meeting, you may nevertheless attend and vote at the Meeting with your certificate of participation dated D-2 business days.
    • In the event of a General Meeting being held in camera, please refer to the voting procedures stipulated in the notice published in the BALO 35 days before the General Meeting.
    • To transfer your shares from pure registered shares to bearer shares, please complete the transfer request form (write to us to obtain it).
    • To purchase your shares or transfer your shares from administered registered to bearer, you must contact your financial intermediary, who will tell you what steps to take.
