Hoffmann Green 2024 annual results: solid commercial and financial performance

Hoffmann Green reviews its activities and announces its annual results for 2024. The company’s Supervisory Board met on March 14, 2025 and reviewed the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, as approved by the Executive Board. The audit procedures have been carried out and the audit report relating to certification is in the process of being issued.
- Sales double to €13.2m in 2024 (€6.0m in 2023)
- Acceleration of international development: licensing agreements signed in the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland
- Order book up 20% to 360,000 tonnes
- Significant improvement in profitability profile: EBITDA 2024 at -0.7 M€ vs. -5.2 M€ in 2023
- Solid financial structure: shareholders’ equity of 62.5 M€ and cash position of 16.5 M€.
- A good start to 2025: strong business growth and major industrial, commercial and regulatory achievements
