Line Operator M/F

Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies is a French industrial company and a pioneer in low-carbon cement. We produce very low-carbon construction technologies for our customers (architects, developers, design offices, major contractors).

Since our creation, we have been engaged in a major growth dynamic.

As part of our drive to strengthen our teams, we are looking to recruit a Line Operator (M/F) for our industrial site based in Bournezeau (85).

Your tasks

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main duties in this 3/8 shift position are as follows:

• Piloting and operating the installation of production equipment
• Set production/machine parameters using software
• Monitor production
• Supply the line with raw materials in accordance with the production schedule
• Create and launch production orders via ERP and supervision
• Complete and submit production reports
• Clean the line and complete the relevant documents
• Detect any malfunctions and carry out the 1st diagnosis to intervene or have the maintenance department intervene
• Induction and training of new recruits / temporary workers

• Take the necessary samples in accordance with the protocols in place
• Record batch numbers of raw materials to ensure traceability
• Take corrective action if a non-conformity is found, record it on the relevant quality document and inform your line manager and/or the quality department.

• Tracking and updating stock via ERP
• Receiving raw materials electronically on the ERP system
• Carry out 1st level maintenance work
• Assist the maintenance department if necessary
• Occasional handling of heavy loads: 25kg…
• Use of manual or electric pallet trucks and forklift trucks (CAT 1b / 3)
• Helping to tidy and clean the plant
• Assisting operators at other workstations in the plant as required

Your profile

• Mastery of communication techniques and tools
• At least 3 years’ experience in this position
• Be autonomous and organised
• Be rigorous, conscientious and attentive (particularly during quality controls)
• IT skills: ERP, Office, supervision software

Contract: Open-ended contract 39 hours a week (including 4 hours overtime) – to be filled immediately.

Workplace: Vendée – 85 (Bournezeau)

Salary: €2,000 to €2,200 over 13 months
