Renewable energy

RENEWABLE ENERGIESReducing the carbon footprint of renewable energy projects is essential both for the image of the sector and for the ecological transition as a whole.

A world first!

On the site of the Plaine des Moulins wind farm in Jazeneuil (86), the use of Hoffmann Green decarbonated cement resulted in a saving of 33 tonnes of CO2, i.e. a saving of 32% compared to the use of traditional cement, and this without any change in the method for the site..

Helping to reduce the carbon footprint of renewable energy projects

Hoffmann Green, through its partner BioBuild, offers the only decarbonised 0% clinker cement with ATEx Case A. An innovative cement that helps reduce CO2 emissions, specifically targeting wind turbine foundations, both offshore and onshore, as well as foundations for photovoltaic installations.
