Issue of a second tranche of OCEANE bonds for a nominal amount of €5 million subscribed by Odyssée Venture
Hoffmann Green announces the completion of a second issue of bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares (the ” OCEANE “) subscribed by funds managed by Odyssée Venture1 for a nominal amount of approximately €5 million.
Julien Blanchard and David Hoffmann, co-founders of Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies, said: “Following on from what we have achieved with the investment funds of Eiffel Investment Group, we are today announcing that we have completed the second phase of this financing operation, structured in two tranches, under comparable conditions. The support of Odyssée Venture, an investor specialising in the financing of fast-growing French companies, means that we can now support the growth of our business by investing in our production capacity, our R&D and our national and international commercial expansion. This financing has been arranged on advantageous financial terms for both the Company and its shareholders. Odyssée Venture’s interest, following that of Eiffel Investment Group, also confirms the attractiveness of our business model.
