Stakeholder involvement

Given the innovative nature of the company’s products and their contribution to society, its stakeholders are heavily involved in the development model.

  1. 01
    Local investors

From the outset, Hoffmann Green has been backed by a pool of local partners who financed the first plant and supported its industrial development. These initial investor-partners, the vast majority of whom are based in the Vendée region, contributed their entrepreneurial expertise and industrial know-how. Some of them now sit on the Supervisory Board.

  2. 02
    Business partners

For its commercial development, Hoffmann Green has signed partnership contracts with its customers to experiment together with the use and deployment of these new cements. One person at Hoffmann Green is dedicated to partner relations, acting as a link between the R&D department and field teams.

  3. 03
    Local businesses

The vast majority of plant construction is carried out by local companies. These local partners provide all the expertise needed to build these new-style plants. In this way, the investment in each plant (22 million for the second plant under construction) is returned to the local area.
