Hoffmann Green announces the completion of a bond issue for a nominal amount of around 5 million euros subscribed by Eiffel Investment Group

Hoffmann Green announces the completion of an issue of bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares (the ” OCEANE “) subscribed by funds managed by Eiffel Investment Group for a nominal amount of approximately 5 million euros. The OCEANE bonds will mature on February 20, 2029 (the ” Maturity Date “).
The purpose of the OCEANE issue is to provide the Company with additional financial resources to support its industrial and commercial strategy.
