H-UKR: act now for sustainable construction with this French 0% clinker cement!
After four years of physical, chemical and mechanical testing, H-UKR cement benefits from technical assessments (ATEx case A) issued by the CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment). These assessments cover a wide range of structures, from single-family homes to high-rise buildings (floors, walls, beams, columns, surface foundations, paving, etc.). These technical assessments have attested a durability level of 100 years for concrete formulations manufactured with H-UKR cement, and make the use of H-UKR cement insurable.
An innovative cement that addresses the environmental challenges of the RE 2020 2031 thresholds today!
H-UKR is an energy-efficient cement that contains no clinker. It is manufactured cold, using industrial co-products and activators from the chemical industry. It enables decarbonated concretes to meet the highest IC construction thresholds of RE 2020 today.
Characteristics of H-UKR cement
Carbon footprint divided by 3.3
Compressive strength: 35 MPa at 48 h and 65 MPa at 28 days.
H-UKR cement contains no clinker and has a carbon footprint divided by 3.3 compared with traditional CEM I cement.
Its compressive strength on mortar is around 35 MPa at 48 h and 65 MPa at 28 days. Its setting kinetics at 20°C are fully comparable to those of CEM I 52.5 N.
H-UKR cement takes the form of a powder that can be stored in silos, and is perfectly compatible with existing manufacturing processes. It is intended for the industrial concrete, precast concrete and ready-to-use concrete markets.
